Dispatch times: We will dispatch goods usually on the day we receive the order depending on the availability of the products. During the seasonal periods Christmas Easter, public holidays please allow up to 5 business days to dispatch at this time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic (Australia wide)
We use Australia Post's eParcel service for all domestic orders with an estimated delivery time frame of 2-7 business days. This service provides a tracking number upon dispatch
International
International orders are shipped via Australia Post International Express with an estimated delivery time frame of up to 18 business days worldwide. This service provides a tracking number upon dispatch.
Please be aware, these times are estimated delivery times only and orders can be subject to delays due to weather, customs clearances or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note, hazardous goods, such as nail polishes, aerosols, essential oils and fragrances/eau de toilettes, are not available for purchase by customers residing outside of Australia and therefore cannot be shipped internationally.
I'm having problems tracking my order
In some cases, the carrier might take 1-2 business days to register your shipment status on their website. If your tracking number isn't updating or doesn’t display at all, please refer to the email - hello@venustas.com.au
